What happened

Daniel Muñoz - Shoulder, AC Joint or Clavicle?. Jeppe published his analysis on 5 Mar 2026, in the 2025/26 FPL season.

Injury explained (physio view)

Munoz has been subbed off with an apparent shoulder injury after a sliding tackle, landing heavily on his right shoulder. He continued playing for a few minutes before coming off.

Munoz was supporting his right shoulder and was seen multiple times holding his right arm close to his body with the elbow flexed.

This indicates a possible clavicle fracture, like cyclists often experience, or an injury to the AC joint.

Best case is a minor AC joint injury and he will only miss 2-3 GWs. Worst case is probably 6-8 with a bad AC joint injury or clavicle fracture.

Munoz is at high risk of being out against Leeds in GW30.
