What happened

Ismaïla Sarr - Ankle Sprain. Jeppe published his analysis on 30 Nov 2025, in the 2025/26 FPL season.

Injury explained (physio view)

Sarr rolled his ankle (inversion) minutes into the game. They often look worse than they are, and this one did too.

Inversion + full weight.

He tried to continue, but swelling and pain likely worsened, leading to substitution.

There's a chance he's okay and it was mainly precautionary, but I doubt it.

With midweek games, Palace plays Burnley (A), an easy game on paper, good chance to rest him.

I expect Sarr OUT for GW14 unless Glasner indicates otherwise.

What happened:

During Crystal Palace's Premier League win over Aston Villa, Sarr scored a goal but was substituted in the second half after clutching his hamstring.

He was booked for simulation, but manager Oliver Glasner confirmed post-match it was a hamstring issue.

Recent rumors suggest Sarr suffered a grade 2 hamstring tear.

This is unconfirmed by Palace.

If true, it would sideline him for at least four weeks.
