What happened

Gabriel - MCL Knee Injury Against Liverpool. Jeppe published his analysis on 27 Oct 2024, in the 2024/25 FPL season.

Injury explained (physio view)

Gabriel has left the pitch against Liverpool with what seems to be an injury to the MCL.

The physios first entered the pitch and were seen testing the MCL. Gabriel tried to continue but minutes later had to come off.

Best case (grade 1) we are looking at 1-3 weeks.

If grade two it's more like 4-6 weeks and worst case (grade 3) we are talking 6 weeks or more.

He was able to continue a bit so my prediction as for now is grade 1 or 2.

I would say he is probably out until after the international break.

But you never know as we experienced with Calafiori earlier this season.
