What happened
Cole Palmer - Recurring Groin Problem. Jeppe published his analysis on 20 Sep 2025, in the 2025/26 FPL season.
Injury explained (physio view)
I'll break down all the information I've found.
A video from @charliepatrick0 shows Palmer might be pointing to his groin. First tell that this might be the same groin injury he just got "back" from.
Continuous discomfort could be related to tendinitis, which many footballers constantly show signs of, so I wouldn't say he's been injured since the Club World Cup.
But it's definitely something recurring and what they have done so far hasn't helped.
Ice on the groin: Olivia Buzaglo reports Palmer is injured and has ice strapped to his groin. Not a good sign.
I'm gonna follow this injury very closely.

GW3: Out
What happened:
During the pre-match warm-up for Chelsea's Premier League game against West Ham Cole Palmer felt discomfort in his groin area after attempting to participate.
He was seen walking off the pitch with a staff member, showing no obvious limp but appearing concerned while speaking to coaches.
This led to a precautionary withdrawal from the starting lineup, with Estevao replacing him.
