Oyarzabal Injury Update

Oyarzabal was substituted at half-time due to a knock, so I took a closer look, as he's an extremely popular Round 1 pick in World Cup Fantasy.

What happened to Oyarzabal?

In the 28th minute, a Peruvian player stepped backwards and accidentally stood on Oyarzabal's left foot. He received treatment on the pitch and was able to continue playing until he was substituted at half-time.

A few positives

Spain also substituted three other players, so the change may have been pre-planned.
Oyarzabal did not roll his ankle, suggesting it is only a knock rather than a more serious injury.
Spain's first match is still six days away.

I believe Oyarzabal will be fine.
